Fees and Payment

Fees for services provided by Hasan IT will be agreed upon in writing between the client and Hasan IT. Payment terms will also be agreed upon in writing. All fees are exclusive of taxes and other charges, which shall be the responsibility of the client.

Confidentiality

Hasan IT and its employees shall maintain the confidentiality of all client information obtained during the course of providing services. Client information will not be disclosed to third parties, except as required by law.

Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in any work created by Hasan IT as part of the services provided to the client shall belong to the client upon payment of all fees and charges due. Hasan IT retains the right to use any general knowledge, expertise, and techniques gained during the course of providing services.

Liability

Hasan IT shall not be liable to the client or any third party for any direct or indirect damages, loss of profit, or any other damages arising out of the provision of services by Hasan IT, except as required by law.

Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement upon written notice to the other party. In the event of termination, the client shall pay all fees and charges due up to the date of termination

Governing Law

This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Bangladesh.

Amendments

Hasan IT reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Any such amendment shall be effective upon posting on our website.
